Tim Tebow taken to the hospital with a concussion. He was puking off field after the hit.

He ran 16 times and only passed 10 times up to that point?

Let the record show that I never claimed my alma mater to be a top ten team this year. I am also now rooting for the Hawkeyes to win out.

Oh no, Kentucky's band did NOT play 'Rock & Roll Part 2" while Tebow was down.

Its because Coach Friedgen ate everything at the training table, three star recruits and all the blocking sleds and tackling dummies.

It's generally amazing how shitty the Big Ten is, when its now most hyped team had to block two field goals in the final minute to avoid the upset against FCS level Northern Iowa.

Amazingly, he's lost like a hundred pounds! More amazingly, you have to look for a bit to see it.

Confirm this. It appears we are working on establishing the run better tonight, which I like. I think we need to have some fucking soap parties on these dudes that can't hold a pass right in their bread baskets.

We may have been lulled into some confidence after the last two games. Fucking Erickson and the fucking Sun Devils....and by that I mean, sloppy fucking play, shitty defense and turnovers: Your 2009 University of Georgia Football Bulldogs.

And we pulled it out. Sometimes it's better to be lucky than good. Win and Move On!

23. Missouri 4-0 295 21
24. Nebraska 3-1 242 24
25. Oregon 3-1 198 NR

I don't have any real issue with it except for Miami and BYU being ranked ahead of Nebraska. I also think Penn State should have dropped a bit more and that both Cincinnati and TCU should be top ten.
Nebraska loses to V Tech by one while being ranked below Tech at the time and the Hurricanes were absolutely dominated.

AP is out too. Top 10 is the same.

LSU vs. UGA should be a good one, but we typically shit the bed in Athens. I wouldn't say LSU is flawed as much as they really haven't played consistently well in any facet of the game yet. I think we can put it all together and be great. Whether this happens this week is probably unlikely. I could also see things going south, and not turning around.

25 Georgia Tech 3-1 185

I don't know if G Tech should hold that #25, but not sure who I'd pick to replace them. Miami at #17 is a little ridiculous, but at least it isn't Notre Dame. I'm hoping Nebraska can keep up their Thursday Night win streak.
We are 5-0, 3-0 on the road against Big 12 opponents on Thursday Night games.

Miami beat Florida State and Georgia Tech.
BYU beat Oklahoma, Tulane and Colorado State.
Nebraska beat Florida Atlantic, Arkansas State and Louisiana Lafayette, three Sun Belt teams with one win over a Division I-A opponent.

Seriously?

I agree that winning the Sun Belt title does little for Nebraska, but Florida State isn't a marquee team. They lost to USF and barely got past Jacksonville State. Tulane would most likely get annihilated by half of the Sun Belt Conference and Colorado State hasn't been a respectable MWC team since 2002.
Say what you want but two of those Sunbelt teams made bowl games last year, so each of those teams have defeated two bowl teams from last year.
Nebraska has one loss by one point on the road and a recent history of being a loser holding it back. They certainly don't merit a top 15 ranking, but compared to Miami and BYU in defeat, the Huskers look a hell of a lot better.

CFN Analysis: Oh COME ON! ... Cal is 19th and Oregon is 25th? Coaches, you're not even trying. How is Oklahoma State (12) still ahead of Houston (15)? The Cougars not only beat the Cowboys in Stillwater, but they proved themselves against Texas Tech last week. The other major miss is Penn State ranked 13th and Iowa ranked 17th. Uhhhhh, the game was on TV, people. The other monster problem is Ole Miss ranked 18th ahead of South Carolina, WHO ISN'T EVEN IN THE TOP 25. Nebraska is ridiculously low, and Auburn at 28 is a joke.

Since I was born in 1976, I'd never use the 77.

QB Robert Griffin III tore an ACL, so there go the Bears bowl chances. It sucks. I'm not a Baylor fan, but he's an exciting player who's also a hell of a track athlete.

The Independence Bowl is now the Advocare V100 Independence Bowl. I sure do miss the days it was Poulan Woodeater Bowl.
