Div. II basketball...playing such powerhouses as West Liberty State and Fairmont State in the hallowed WVIAC conference...yeah we sucked. Essentially high school basketball without hot cheerleaders.

We're not too bad in baseball and football though...won WVIAC conf in 2005 in each.

our basketball teams are not that good, but we do pretty well in football every year. that PSAC west fears us coming down the road. an nfl head coach is an alumni. i guess that's not bad for DII.

Chris Jackson!

1995-1998: Louisiana Tech University. Major in Marketing.
Famous alumni: Terry Bradshaw, Karl Malone, Trace Adkins, Venus Lacey, William Roaf, Troy Edwards, Matt Stover, Kix Brooks (but not Ronnie Dunn), Tim Rattay, Cheryl Ford, Betty Lennox…but not Elvis Fu.

Then somewhere between beers I decided school was bullshit and just quit going. Mind you, this is a Top 10% of his class, SAT & ACT scores to match, Honorable Mention All-Metro Baltimore Sun Scholar Athlete with academic scholarships out the wazoo. I don't finally had enough sitting in classrooms. So I quit.

Then in 2000 I moved back to Murdaland. Then I found some shit I enjoy doing and pursued it to the point that I had enough freelance clients to putter around at a "real job" part time (3 days a week) and suit myself the rest of the time. This coming year I'm going to expand out further and also incorporate some new revenue streams into my program.

I've felt better ever since.

Did not know that Kix Brooks was an alum. That's awesome.

Ha. Jaime Brandon! Well, you had CJ, Shaq and Big Stan. That's 3 of the best college players of our day. That team was so fun to watch.

I matriculated at Baylor University, majoring in Telecommunications. We produced Singletary. Rawk.

That made me laugh.

Me: University of Georgia
1999-2004
B.A. Music (clarinet)

Started out as a performance major, but my professor died my junior year, and the new clarinet professor and I did NOT mesh well. So I changed my major to a general music degree under the Bachelor of Arts rather than the Bachelor of Music so he'd shut the hell up and get off my back. I went to UGA because it was free. Yay HOPE scholarship. Right now I am a waitress. But will be going to grad school at some point. Soon. Or it will never happen.

Uh UCLA? Kareem at center, than Walton and Keith Wilkes at forwards, Reggie Millet and Gail Goodrich at guards. That's almost all NBA.

C- Shaquille O'Neal

Back off Tie-die boys.

Was gonna do the law school thing, but decided piss on that. Now teach American History and coach football/baseball. Very happy with my career choice.

As long as Dale Brown doesn't coach this game, this team beats all time UCLA by 20.

I find it hard to believe that so many people on this board went to college, let alone graduate.

Why? Or are you just pulling that out to insight something?

Or did you mean to say: I can't believe all those dumb hicks from down south went to college?

It is Friday afternoon after all.
