Am I the only one who likes songs like 'Luxury' and 'Fingerprint File'?

Fingerprint File - heck yeah !
with Mick T. on Bass and Mick J. snorting coke whilst singing. Or is he talking ? Rockstar - pffffttttt

There's certainly nothing wrong with :
If You Can't Rock Me - Time Waits For No One - Dance Little Sister

Love You Live. I remember far preferring the El Mocambo Sides

Yes-Yes-Yes

All great pics. Actually, the worst song, IMO is If You Can't Rock Me, followed by the title song.

What is El-Mocambo? And how do I aqcuire it/them?

Love You Live was a 2 LP release, and sides 3 & 4 were recorded in Toronto's El Mocambo club. They were primarily a bunch of old covers and stuff the Stones didn't usually play live. So if you've got the entrire LYL album you've already got the El Mocambo sides.

You are the dumbest Them ever. "IYCRM" is jail at its finest and the title track is not only a fine ripoff of Bang A Gong but also the impetus for Ronnie joining the band

"Luxury" is not only a fine tune but also the blueprint for bands like The Clash doing reggae/rock. Sorry BillyG---the Clash loved the Stones.

And mcap: "Time Waits For No Man" is garbage. Yelch.

i'll throw this out since i haven't seen it listed yet as an omission: sweet's desolation boulevard. i really like it and think it's a good, maybe great power-pop record. my vote goes to country life in an okay year.

Nice pick-up Radcliffe. I love this record, it was a big part of my growing-up.

Voted for Big Star, even though I only heard it for the f9irst time in the last 18 months or so. I really do have to finally get "The Beach".

Honourable mentions....

Paradise & Lunch
Country Life
Here Come the Warm Jets
The Lamb Lies Down ...
Ghosts (The Strawbs)
Fear
Rock & Roll Animal
Kimono My House

off the acclaimed list:

42 labelle - nightbirds
10 eric clapton - 461 ocean boulevard
17 linda rondstadt - heart like a wheel
44 dylan - planet waves

'It's only rock 'n roll' is a Stones album I never seem to want to put on and I even get in the mood for Goats Head Soup sometimes. It's nothing to write home about but at least it has Star Star & I always kinda enjoy that little intro to 100 Years Ago.
