That was a pretty interesting one. The guys of Casaya only really have one option now of banding together against the girls.

It was quite entertaining. I don't recall a tribe entertaining me as much as Casaya have. They're so dysfunctional, it's hysterical.

The other tribe has absolutely no personality. The most exciting thing about them (in last night's episode anyway) was their shit attacks.

I think Courtney might be one of the most irritating players ever on this show.

Yeah, I love how she gets on Bruce for building a rock garden. Then, two days later, steals it to do yoga in.

This is probably the lamest cast yet, or at least since Marquesas. The only contestant even halfway worth liking gets major points deducted for being a dumbass by wearing a friggin' collared polo shirt in the wild. The only reason I'm still watching at this point is for the remote chance of Probst coming to an untimely and violent end at the hands of an irate tribe member fed up with his smarmy baiting.

followed closely by that guy who was going through nicotine withdrawals. i can't remember his name.

on the other hand....that 'writer' (since i can never remember their names when there are so many survivors) .... has gotten pretty hot with that beard growing in.

Another great episode last night, although tribal council was predictable. A nice twist though when Casaya saved Sally from elimination. Interesting to see if she comes back to bite them in the ass.

Oh, and Casaya rules. They really are the most fun tribe I've ever watched.

Ha, I played soccer against Austin in high school. He's a writer in the sense that he has written books, but his only published one was independently published and mainly just sold in High Point (our home town). His profession really should say "waiter."

That pissed me off. Bruce is a fool, first off. Up until five minutes before the merge, he was the next to be voted off and they were making fun of his rock garden and everything. As soon as they start sucking up, he falls for it.

But Terry had two chances to win it for his tribe and he blew it. First, he should've just said flat-out to Bruce, "If you stay with them, the four of us will be picked off but you'll be the next to go after that because you're strong and because you're a bit of an outsider." That's the cold facts and even Bruce should've realised that.

Secondly, he shouldn't have won the challenge. If he had dropped off, Nick would've won. Terry's the main target so all six of Casaya would've voted for him. Then the four Laminans could vote for Shane. After which, he whips out the hidden idol and saves himself. Shane's eliminated and the score's back to four to five.

Terry's not as honorable as Bruce keeps saying he is. He turned on Dan when he promised that he wouldn't so what makes you think he cares about his tribe?

Well, when he voted off Dan, he had very little choice. He pretty much gave his word to all three of the guys and obviously one of them had to go.

But yeah, it does seem that now he's just playing for himself.

I really don't get why they tried to get Shane and Cerie to join them, though. I don't know what they were thinking there.

Whatever happened to that big medical emergency that was going to force someone from the game that they kept plugging at the end of the previous episode??? It COULDN'T have been that tiny incident where Bruce took a machete to the tooth, could it?

I was wondering about that too. In the promos the person on the stretcher looked like one of the girls - but there was absolutely no mention of that shit during this episode or in the promos for next week.

Is it possible that a TV show has (*gasp*) LIED to us?

Well, that was kind of disappointing. Sally (much like Austin and Nick and everyone before them) didn't deserve to go home.

But I look forward to seeing Terry steamroll through the rest of the cocky bastards now. Not only is he probably going to win every immunity challenge but, even if there is one that he doesn't win, he'll still be safe.

Terry and Bruce in the final two? That wouldn't necessarily be, strategically, his best choice. But Bruce is the only one who's really been civil to him and open to discussion about voting alongside the Laminans. So I could see Terry taking him with him.

Terry did the right thing by not using the idol to help out Sally---it would have just been a stopgap.

I'm officially pulling for Terry to kick the crap out of those losers.

And I dont care that she went to UGA--Courtney can not die soon enough. I'm not even that religous, and I am PRAYING that the medical emergency involves her.

No shit, there is something about her that elicits almost instant loathing in my person. I was hoping she would be on fire by the end of the episode.

Courtney is definitely the most irritating, but I think I'm rooting for Danielle to go home first, just because her grotsequely oversized chompers relentlessly conjure up the disturbing visage of Tony Robbins in drag. The only thing I'd want to see even LESS is Shane's chafed nutsack.
