"Inbetween Days" is the best song they ever wrote.

I like the Cure of 'A Forest' and 'Lullaby' best

Although some of "The Top" doesn't work for me too well, which probably has a lot to do with my not being into drugs.

No, it didn't. As a big-ass Cure junkie thru the '80s and early '90s, that was the one album that I never ever got/cared for. I would even pull it out every 6 months or so to see if anything had changed for me and the answer was always "no."

I've always thought that 'Just Like Heaven' is pretty much a perfect pop song. Other than that one, I haven't heard much that really made it imperative to hear more. Maybe I've heard the wrong stuff; I know back when I was in high school I hated 'Love Song' everytime I heard it, which was pretty often. I've never heard the early singles, which is something I should eventually hear at some point.

Just so you know...

J&R Music World is selling the first 4 reissues (Three Imaginary Boys, 17 Seconds, Faith, and Pornography) for $6.99 each. I bought all 4 of them. These are the albums that Rhino reissued this year which is just the original tracks remastered with new liner notes. No extra CD. If you don't care for the bonus tracks, it's a fairly nice deal.
