I drank the usual PBR and whiskey cokes, but the highlight was a pint of O'Dell's Isolation Ale.

So far tonight:

Very Good. Medium Body, light in color and just the right hint of hops

Minhas 1845 All Malt Pils

Pretty weak. It was clearly better than their extremely low brow Mountain Crest Lager, but basically a generally poor attempt at making a craft beer. It didn't taste awful, but no real discernible flavor besides a slight hint of honey.

I'm used to the old school Blue collar beers of the Midwest. Now that this beer is brewed in Latrobe it reminds me of Rolling Rock. That might be an improvement on its original taste, but I was expecting something more like Falstaff. This is a highly drinkable beer, an I can see why it is popular at Pittsburgh sporting events.

A new beer from New Belgium that allegedly hasn't seen a wide release yet. It is really hoppy, but not bitter. It is actually kind of peppery.

Not a gin to brag about, but I can have it in a martini and actually enjoy the flavor.
