the senator's right here. yr gonna have to just groan and do it. whatever the block is, or your expectations for whatever kind of paper or writing would make you happy, just forget about it, put it on hold, cos it's preventing you from getting anything done. at this point you need to forget about putting something out that might make you very happy and be very utility-oriented about these things. when you get an assignment, go and immediately sit down and try to hammer out ideas, then string them together and just get some shit on a page. proof and turn it in--and if you think that sounds like shit, I'm telling you: half of your classmates turn horrid crap in and think they're poets. these funks are temporary and you'll get out of it. for now, think utility and just get that shit done. when you come out of the cloud yr in later you'll be so happy you didnt just do nothing.
