Yeah, I'm cutting soda almost completely out of my diet (with a couple exceptions...) Gonna be drinking mostly water. I already walk a ton- I don't have a car and live a half-mile outside of town, so just going back and forth that's usually 2 miles a day, plus I'm a waitress, so all I do is carry stuff up stairs and walk around all day. But, I'm about to move a little further down my street, so I'm going to start riding my bike all the time (after not riding a bike in 10 years). So hopefully that change will help to get me back in shape... I have to do what I can to make up for my horrible, horrible diet. (An old roommate once told me that just looking into my kitchen cabinet would have her think a 10-year-old lived there.)
no pop is huge. i might have 3 cans of pop a year now.
