There was no excommunication.

I was just having some Aaron-funded fun there. I actually thought it was pretty hilarious how you called him out, and that's the first thing that went through my mind when I made the blueballs joke. Sorry for the misunderstanding. I have Todd's back, for sure, but I'm gonna have to leave monty hangin'...GET IT??? HANGIN'???

The other day monty posted one of his patented (and patently) offensive x-rated soliloquies about what he'd like to do with some Asian girl's mouth, or somesuch. Anyway, Aaron told him to shut the fuck up, and I don't think monty's posted since then.

I'm with the "kill Claire".

Is tonight a two-hour update deal, or is it on at it's regular time?

Lost [New]

It has been three weeks, hasn't it? But that's it for gaps — all new Lost episodes through the May 24 season finale. Tonight, look for more of Hurley and Libby, and more of Kate and Jack, who'll return to camp with Michael in tow. Actor John Terry is back as Jack's dad, but our backstory gal this week is Ana Lucia. And on the island, she'll be working more of her inquisitorial magic on poor prisoner whatzisname. — Paul Droesch

Think it's just 1 hour.

What. The. Fuck.

Tommy, you called it. If it wasn't for that last bullet, I might've had some idea of what was going on. But now I don't have a clue.

We didn't get the preview here, so somebody give me the gist of it.

Libby stalking Hurley has got to buy her some more time on the show, unless they tie up her backstory in the next 4 episodes.

Wasn't Boone supposed to have a show on ABC?

Michael only shot himself in the shoulder, so he is still alive. And the promo hinted to the fact that he is now controlling everyone's destiny somehow.

I guessed that Michael was on the "Others" side now but didn't think he'd go this far. I'm guessing he's after "the Baybay" as a trade for Walt. That's based on nothing but a hunch, though.

Assuming Henry runs away, the blame is laid on him. Nobody will oppose going to way with the others.

I never really had anything against Ana until this episode. I was kind of hoping she'd kill herself by the end, though. Good ol' Michael.

It did look like Michael was locked up in the promo for next week though. I guess I had a hunch that both Ana Lucia and Libby would die, but didn't think it would be this sudden. Those last couple of minutes were intense.

EDIT: this was actually Haq posting from katie's computer.

I'm giving Libby a 60% chance of survival.

Otherwise, man -- that is some swift and obvious vengeance for the bad publicity.

I don't think Michael is in league with the others. I think he saw far more than just a bunch of tattered old people when he was away and wants a full-out war. Blaming Gale for the shootings is his way of causing it.

I think he saw something about his son that disturbed him to the point where he's driven to murder to get him back.

I didn't think of that. I was wondering why he shot himself in the shoulder. This way, when Jack and them return, they'll think Ana Lucia went after Henry, he grabbed the gun, shot the three of them and took off.

If Henry leaves. I guess he has to, but he can't go back to the Others or they'll kill him too. Guess he's off to play the Rousseau/Desmond game.

Gotta think Michael's purpose was to free Henry so he can get back Walt and was convinced by the other's that Ana wasn't a "good one". I think Libby being shot was a total accident . I've seen enough spoilers to know even if Libby is good or bad or alive or dead, she's still got some prominent scenes coming up, especially in the finale dealing with Desmond.

We know the others took a few guns from Jack, Locke and Sawyer, so we know they have more than two. Is this supposed to be a clue that Michael is lying, or just that he didn't see nearly enough of what they've got?

It really seemed like it. Because he jumped, shot blindly, and then was like "oh shit" afterwards.

I think his plan really was to simply make it look like Henry had shot him and Ana Lucia and escaped. Ensuring a full-on assault against the Others.

Where did he actually shoot Ana? In the stomach? I couldn't tell. Libby took it in the stomach. And we're to assume that Jack and Locke and them would have been on their way back to the hatch while this was happening. So I'm thinking Jack might be able to save the two girls. Though it's probable that Libby might lie around injured for a couple of days before passing away.
