Agreed. have always hated them

tonight's meal of leftovers is a turkey sammich with apple butter, blue cheese, dijon mustard, and pea sprouts, on a sprouted grain bread that's delicious and doesn't make me farty. it's not nearly as good as last weeks french toast concoction, but pretty tasty all the same. apple butter and blue cheese are heavenly together. i almost wanna just dip the blue cheese in the apple butter and lick it all off my hands.

I dig them, but granted I haven't had one for years and am not sure I would still like it if I had one now.

Stopped at Richard Blaise's Flip Burger in Birmingham on my way home from north Alabama tonight.

Despite being to hip for an outdoor mall, the food was gangster. Steak tartars burger, truffle fries, damn ol foie GRAS milk shake. Good People IPA, and some seriously good looking women obviously out trolling for dong.

Bloor and damn ol Derris will remember said mall - it where the Fleminngs we had the rehearsal dinner is.

I remember it well...it's a cruel mix of suburban chic and upscale consumerism that could have only been constructed during the Bush Era. Good for Blais to be branching out--if he wants to be in Bammer, that's the spot.

I was hoping for more of a liver-y taste, actually. It was kind of like a grey vanilla milkshake frozen with NO2

depends on my working schedule tomorrow. worst case may be office time until 7pm, then I'm only in for a beer and some home delivery food. though the honky tonk looks kind of good, with the fried onion rings...
