Yeah, I don't get this... is this supposed to be a rip-off of Strongbad from homestarrunner.com fame?

I am looking for a writer to collaborate with on a religious horror/sci-fi feature script. The script will be based on Gnostic, esoteric religions (like Christianity) and be a horror script. I am only interested in writers with training in screenwriting and a strong ability to write scary tension. I am open to spiritual science-fiction. I would be interested in seeing a synopsis of what you have written that is similar to what I am looking for. If interested, I will request to see that screenplay to see if your writing style fits my sensibilities. I am interested in writers with a spiritual background (spiritual does not refer to ghosts or the paranormal) who wants to help awaken consciousness in the world through the media.

Budget will not exceed $5 million. WGA and Non-WGA writers welcomed (LA based preferred).

My credits include: 'Fate,' 'Psychotic,' 'Urban Task Force,' and 'Gangstaz.'

Wow. That is fucking terrible. Do people respond to these?

I am looking for a completed feature African-American script with a dog as a central character/element. Scripts must be family friendly (G or PG rating) and be about a boy and his dog. I am looking for a cross between 'Sounder' and 'Soul Food.' I am only interested in scripts that deal with African-American families and have a dog central to the story (not interested in other animals). Scripts that delve into a family's dynamics are encouraged. No period pieces please.

Budget will not exceed $500,000.

it looks amusing. jack black is funny, that hispanic looking girl is rather hot...i'm all for this. that doesn't mean i'm spending $15 or however much a movie costs in the States nowaday, but i'll probably see it on HBO someday.
