WTH happened to harry's picks? He stopped after the first round.

Fucking retarded, I know. I did round one and was going to come back and finish it, but work has been so stressful and time consuming my brain is toast.

I'll owe the winner a CD which is what would have happened anyway... I always wind up in the middle of the pack or further back... my heart (UCLA and the Pac 10) always trumps my head.

Great finish in the Siena-Ohio State game. Siena with the mild upset.
Can Bill Raftery call every game?
I love that guy.

I blame all the journalists going "oh noez! Louisville might play the Buckeyes in Dayton!!!!" Nice work, Siena.

23-for-32. Only one sweet 16 loss, but I've got to Pac 10 6-seeds (help me out, harry). Feelin' good, though.

That game looked like it was gonna be a bore after the first 10-15 minutes, awesome second half though. It kind of screwed my bracket a little, but who cares, bucky marches on!

Final Four intact, at least. But my two non-one-seeds play tonite.

Let's go Washington. Let's go Gonzaga.

Damn, FT is having a great year so far... Excellent call on the Western Kentucky, even though they lost that game.

My Final Four is intact. I wasn't dumb enough to pick someone like Duke this year. I am a little skeptical of my Pitt pick for the title, after history has shown no number one seed has won the title after defeating a #16 seed by ten or fewer points.
So far I have no complaints, the Big 12 played great the first round, and now are losing like they should.

Also: the SEC is out of the tournament. To the Garchipelago, plus Stops Breathin'* -- hah!

Frankly, though, this is not a product of Big-10-coloured glasses -- I am not a fan. My interest in-state lies in Marquette, & I follow the Big East accordingly. After that, maybe the Pac-10... & West Coast Conference?

It's funny, though. After hounding the rest, talking up their balmy weather & hot girls as the lure for ESS EEE CEE SPEEEEEDORRRRZ, & how the rest should just forfeit, it's eerily silent. Maybe if we don't say anything, they're thinking, no one will notice.

*While a Lousianan like Ol' Bulee & nominal-Louisianan Elvis Fu, Stops Breathin' deviates from the disposition of the Georgia Boys (who extend themselves, via relocation, to Nashville (Disco Stu), PDX (D), Madison-Milwaukee-Boston (Busty Rhodes & Cccaaappp'''nnn Sssqqquuuiiirrrlllgggllleee), The Hereafter (DunwoodyDude), but not to actual Georgians Fuck You Dave & Drank).

The SEC was a terrible hoops conference this year and should have been relegated to the one automatic bid of an Ivy League or Atlantic Sun.

ACC=LOL (and if not for some favorable calls and shitty FT shooting, Duke would be out as well.)

Pac 10 shut some people up who said they got too many teams in.

Big 10 could have gotten all 10 teams and all 10 of them could make the Sweet 16 and they would still be the most boring basketball conference since they cut the bottom out of the peach basket. Snoooooooze.
