Oh man - I wish the end of this story was that this lady's husband got on the bus the next day and beat the brakes off these little bastards.

Man, we used to go ham on the bus, but verbal abuse of an old lady is beyond even what we would do....I would have saved all of these comments for the chicks my age.

Now, maybe, she can finally have the resources to investigate thoroughly Bammer's real birth information.

(If she looks like a Rascal-driving Teabagger, she prolly is.)

They've collab'd before. Or at least Yoko+Thurston have.

Here's Mulberry from 2010

Yoko's yowl's are...*erm* the stuff of my nightmares. I love Thurston and Kim, but sometimes I feel like they've bought into this whole avant garde thing way too much.

It reminds me of a story I heard about Philip Glass. I dunno if its true or not, but its entertaining. When he was gaining notoriety and was being written about, he found that people were coming to his performances just to say that they had been there. Sort of a culture tourist thing. So, he decided to mess with them. He set up a loudspeaker system and blasted high-pitched squeals and frequencies at the audience. Many people got up, but most stayed despite the pain-inducing sounds emanating from the speakers. They thought it was supposed to be avant garde, and art. In reality, it was simply Glass messing with these glitterati mobs.

Sometimes I wonder if people really go to these things with Yoko howling because they enjoy it, or because its her name and the whole scene around it.

My wife and I sat down a few nights ago and watched River's Edge. His acting in that is amazingly bad...or fantastic.
