Haven't had a lot of downtime lately. Been more of a drive-by poster. Took kids on a summer trip, had some house repairs to take care of, wife and I are working on trying to get writing careers going after years of only playacting at it. Trying to arrange a move downstate. Working more split shifts. And a bunch of other stuff.

Also, my wife's need to post on the Remdawg message board during BoSox games has lowered my internet mucking-about time.

frosted, you realize that Location and Place are two completely different themes in geography, don't you. Just a heads-up.

Location: answers the question "Where is it?"

Place: answers the question "What's it like there?"

location has three main meanings. A specific place, the process of locating a place, or the setting featured (movie, play, book, etc,)

place primarily means a specific part of space (or position) occupied by something

location is not identical to place, true, but it is in a place
