Its sad that as a Democrat I actually have to now sort out the most acceptable Republicans to my sensibilities since our team has NOBODY.

So Virginians, Americans, what is your perception of this schmuck?

I heard him on Imus this morning and was pretty impressed. He has the balls to criticize Bush (a move that can have you sent to Gitmo); and seems like a L-grade dirtball at worst.

Him, a dude who could barely beat Chuck Robb, in Virginia, in a preseidential year as a Republican?

now thinks he can eb Preseident?

Not conservative enough religiously for Repubs, to conservative economically for Dems

he's a dinosaur, I thought the Rockerfeller wingof the party died in the 60s?

Mitch Landrieu(D) will probably be governor here soon. I think he might have presidential stuff. He''s pretty popular round here, and just seems to have the undefinable "it." He's a couple years away from the national seen though.

But how much damage could she do as president? Certainly, no more than GWB.

People really like Charlie so far. Push hasn' t really come to shove yet though.
