I like the new album too, but that's like the worst song on it.

Curtis Mayfield sample on "Touch the Sky" is great

i was listening to this tune, heard the vocal, and was like "who is that?". checked the track title, and went to pour another stiff drink.

damn it's good.

i still don't understand why Kanye doesn't have massive mainstream success, cause his songs are way catchier in a pop sensibility than any other hip hop artist.

Sadly, Kanye West is one of those artists that the more I hear of, the less I'm interested.

I like all kinds of rap (as long as it's not that crunk shit), but Kanye is awful. Beats, lyrics, production....all garbage. That was my impression of the first album, at least. Haven't cared to check out the new one yet.

kanye is an awesome producer, and occasionally has a hot verse.
more than 16 bars in a row, no thanks.

now that kanye is a rapper, just blaze is the best there is.

Ok, i didn't know it was big in the states; it was barely a blip on the radar over here.

i've concluded that Heard Em Say would be better if Kanye sung the hook instead of that wanker.

I really lke Kanye West. As far as the new album this is the first thing I've heard, and I think it's ok on first listen.

You prove yourself to be the biggest buster in history (and a dude who only likes UNLISTENABLE music) more every day. At least your gf seems cool. Kill yourself. And have a safe trip home. 8)

Kanye is a brilliant producer. I'm looking forward to buying the new album in two weeks.

Haha I don't care if you like what I listen to or not. If you like listening to Li'l Jon and Mike Jones then that's your problem, not mine.

I was set to cut a promo, but Bloor already jumped on him. Why don't you say you like "bullshit rap for white people like MF Doom and The Roots" and leave it at that. Crunk will destroy you.

Are you kidding me? I listen to MORE mainstream rap then I do that backpacker shit (hence the "I like all kinds of rap" comment), but "crunk rap" is the worst subgenre of music that we've had in years.

Other than "The Whisper Song," because that is one of the best singles this year. But you guys actually LIKE Mike Jones and Li'l Jon? That's funny.
