It's probably not the worst ever but I found this to be a little gross:

isn't there a good riddance album with a body on it where the skull is all that's still on the head after all the skin and tissue was burned off?

Maybe "disturbing" is the wrong word. Still, I can't say I enjoy looking at this album cover.

Not really offensive to me. Just kinda cool because it's a real picture. Catholic Cardinal gives his best to the Nazis. The only alteration is that the Nazi symbol was changed to some kind of monetary symbol.

Not really offensive but definitely NSFW - could a mod please slap a tag on this thread?

There's some borderline child porn inside the package of John Zorn's "The Gift" - animated, but still...

Impaled - The Dead Shall Dead Remain.

No pic, but I'm sure you can google it. Be warned, it's very nasty...

That Marduk album wins handily. If they hadn't done that, I'd suggest something by Cannibal Corpse. Or perhaps that inadvertant World Trade Center album cover before they came down suggesting they be brought down. Hip-Hop, if I recall correctly, don't remember the artist.

Yeah, The Coup's cover art was finished in June 2001, but lucky for them, they were able to change the art before its November release date. It's a good album actually.

I don't know if it's disturbing (although I guess it is if you think about it) but this is one of my favourite album covers.

I had a poster of that Add N to X album in my room in college. i didn't even like the album, but something about how fucking weird that cover is struck me forced me to bring it home from the radio station.
