Oh my yes, I think this movie will be fabulous. Yes they did fabricate and mess with some of the timelines(i.e.supposedly they bring Ava Gardner into the story 7 yrs before he was with her), but still from what I've seen the story itself and the acting and the art direction is absolutely incredible.

I think it will be worth it.

I like Gangs, have not seen Dead, but it has Nic Cage, so of course it sucks....although I was told by someone recently (and have been told before) that I strongly resemble him. Lucky, me I look like King NTAC #1....guess its better than looking like Ron Perelman.

I was implying that if you have to look like anyone, it is better to look like some no talent ass clown than that big chinned fucker Ron Pearlman:

I wudn't saying I look like Ron pearlman, darlin...I was saying I'd rather look like that asshat Nic Cage than him.

Although I also resemble Oscar Wilde...especially when I am clean shaven, but keep the longish hair. (I HATE people with short hair)

Perlman's not a no-talent. He is an ass-clown. But a self-made one.

Great character actor though, even if he'll appear in any stinkbomb he gets a paycheck for.

I thought the poll was for Avatar! I'm like, "Not that argument again." Then I say, "Who the hell has a Cate Blanchett or Kathrine Hepburn Avatar?" I voted anyways.

I can't wait for the holidays to be over!

Yeah I want to see it, but it's not a priority for me. My priority of movies to see right now is the Life Aquatic with Steve Zissou.

A fairly well-known and well-respected movie critic here in Dallas who's been buddies with Owen Wilson since high school and is a big fan of Wes Anderson says this absolutely SUCKS. That doesn't bode well...

Could've gone to a free screening of The Aviator tonite. But for some reason after an 11 hour day & an 6:30 wake up tomorrow I just couldn't muster up the energy.

I am gonna see it though over Christmas

I just watched 8mm last week and was thinking this movie would probably be so great if it wasn't for Cage.

Also, I'm about to watch the Aviator but suspect it'll be more like Gayviator.
