Help.

I need to print 150 letters, first page is on letterhead, second is not.

I've been collating the paper to set into the printer, but I'm wondering if there's another way to do this. Does Word have a feature where you can print alternate pages?

Thanks.

Print the letterhead page first? Load the letterhead, ctrl - p to bring up the print menu, print current page.

Then click into the second page, and do the same without letterhead. Then collate?

yes, it does. click on "print" and then there're two options "print what" and "print" beneath the page range box. click on the drop-down next to "print" and select either odd or even pages. if that's not what you're looking for, call me.

Thanks, James. (And Phil) I never noticed that feature. I've already collated 2/3 of the pages, but I'll put your suggestion in the vault for future projects.

I also never remember that I can call you.

For future reference, I believe you can also specify specific pages in the page range box separated by commas, such as 1,3,5,7,9 or 3,14,28,89
