If you're going to tell someone to "Go fuck yourself", then why do you bother to use the courtesy designation "Mister"?

Am I the only person who thinks what Cheney is trying to explain right before being told what to do to himself is a load of crap?? I mean seriously - if a State vehicle crashes into my yard, how would it then be my responsibility to remove it? Sure this isn't necessary the "public's" refuse all over the place, but it is hard to establish ownership....so in my opinion, it is in everybody's best interests to have WHOEVER clear it out as soon as possible.

(edited for a better example)

Maybe, but at the same time, if the government, state or federal, is on your private property cleaning things up, I would guess that they would spend very little time making any attempt to salvage anything that might be of value, whether monetarily or sentimental.
