DeLay say delaying (ha) the tax cuts is "unacceptable". ARE YOU FUCKING RETARDED? do only rich people vote in texas or something? Seriously, I can't imagine how more than a small handful of billionaires think this is a top priority. Seriously, can someone explain this to me?
