Who's heard this group? After reading about them in various places, I finally found a copy of their album to listen to last night, and after listening to it about one and a half times, I have to say that it is in fact good. Can't tell if it's end-of-the-year list material yet, but I'll definitely be giving it more listens before then.

It sounds kind of like a more ambient, techno-influenced Broadcast. I can probably send out some PMs later if anyone is interested.

I can get it to you sometime tonight when I get home if no one else does.

I like the new Broadcast from the couple of times I've listened to it, but I haven't been a fan of them in the past so maybe the fact that I couldn't have been disappointed has something to do with it. If it's cheap enough I'll probably pick it up.

Listening to some samples from Hanne Hukkelberg~Little Things right now, I like the sound of it, sort of sounds like bjork and Marlene Deitrich...Cast Anchor has loopy hawaiian chords. Whatelse can you tell me? So far the samples sound fantastic for dinner in the restaurant.

it's a glorious album. she's got such a gentle voice, and her music is full of quirkiness.
