anyone else a fan? I'm just now combing through their catalogue.

Wyatt was ferocious on the skins.

I've never heard them, but from what I have read, and judging by the music I like, I probably would. Any recommendations where to start?

I've just got one Wyatt solo album, Rock Bottom. It's really cool.

Been meaning to check out Soft Machine for a while.

I've heard a bit off Robert Wyatt's Schleep probably a good 7 years ago and liked what I heard. Soft Machine has always been on of those bands on my "to check out" list simply because they made psychedelic music.

What's their "best" record? Do they all sound the same?
