I decided that, for the people I'm friends with but not too close with, I would make joke compilations as Christmas gifts. The theme for the first one is 'Masturbation: A Mixtape For A Single Male'.

The only ideas I've had so far, though, are:

The Faint - Erection
Michael Jackson - Beat It

Suggestions?

If you can find it....The Times did a REALLY HOT song from the early 90s (on their Pure record) which you have to hear

it's basically a girl moaning over techno beats.

I used to get calls at the radio station all the time about that tune. Unfortunately, the cd is indexed poorly so it's all one big 40 minute song.

If you want, I can put it up on soulseek

You mean " I touch myself" by the Divinyls?

I think you gave the long version of the title. ;)

Holy Crap!!

I forgot about that song!!

Back when I was 19 I was dating a guy for a long time that put that damn song on a mix tape for me(yes, I said mix tape). I was such a dork that it took me forever what the song was about.

Andy Partridge messed with interviewers heads by sometimes claiming it's about a newborn baby.

A new one, which manages to be about the only song partly about jerking off that could actually make you cry:

Robyn Hitchcock - Television

A really brutal little ballad, stripped of all the so-called artifice that Feg has been accused of (which he never really was guilty of anyway). About my favorite song of the year so far, actually.
