I placed an order for a t-shirt with Arena Rock Recording Co (ARRCO) about 18 months ago. My credit card was charged, but no shirt was ever sent by them. I exchanged several emails with various employees, but nothing was ever resolved. Today, ALMOST 1 AND 1/2 YEARS LATER, I received an email saying that my shirt has just been sent.

Man, that's shitty.

I had a problem with a cd I ordered from Neighborhoodies last month and after 2 e-mails I hadn't heard back from them. Last week I finally got an e-mail and they apologised profusely and said they'd send me a 2nd cd of my choice along with some other stuff. That was pretty nice of them.
