isn't Dusty in DC? I'm in Richmond. Even if I was in DC I doubt anyone would want to hang out with a 17 year old.

Don't ask me why I know this, but the age of consent in Virginia is 18.

Addendum: Just looked it up, but apparently it's 16 in MD and DC.

You can also get the permission of the parent or guardian under certain circumstances, but the words "shotgun wedding" come to mind.

And yes, it's 17 in IL, but there's that whole "transporting minors across state lines for immoral purposes" gotcha. And I doubt she'd come.
