It's this movie Haunted that I rented and I"m now watching, though I needed to take a pee break.

It was made ten years ago but the way that it was shot is very old fashioned and seeing that it's supposed to be a ghost story set in the 20's it works insanely well. Very creepy but not horrific. Stars Kate Beckinsale and Aidan Quinn.

Oh yeah, and there's a bit of some nude scenes of a well rounded(who knew?) Kate Beckinsale.

May I add that watching this alone in a dark house creeped me out enough to turn on at least one light? Nice.

I saw this a long time ago (hadn't heard of Kate Beckinsale at the time).

I was told the nude scene was an obvious body double. Wasn't obvious to me, but then we rewound the tape and watched it again, and I had to admit they were probably right.

I remember (a) thinking she was hot; (b) enjoying the film, in a 70's psychedelic thriller kind of way; and (c) the film not quite holding together, plotwise, like the editor and the director weren't talking or something.
