I get Smoke's e-mail updates, and they've mentioned nothing about this. I'll check for it on Amazon, definitely interested.

Its $15 on Amazon. I just ordered it directly from the label (Magic Marker) for $11 w/shipping.

It's a pretty good album. Yes, it is The Bats you're thinking of if those Bats feature a member from The Clean.
