If you had to. What would you pick? This would mean you couldn't use the other types ever again. There is a degree of overlap with some of these.

--Books (include all printed text like magazines and newspapers)
--Movies/Television (combined because both are visual with sound, usually, and you can watch movies on TV)
--Music (music is used on tv and in movies, but I mean listening to CDs or tapes or records or whatever)
--Internet (allows you to sort of access all of the above, but you'd never be able to read another printed book or see a movie in a theater or listen to a CD in your car)


I'd pick books. As much as I like all of the others, you've got thousands of years of shit to read covering virtually every topic or theme you can think of.

Under the assumption that crappy downloads would not be the only way to access tv, movies or music, I would go with internet because theoretically you could do it all via this medium.

I'd pick books.

I hate reading anything more than a paragraph off a monitor screen. I can also remember every note of any song I'd want to listen to again in my head. I rarely watch movies and don't watch television.

Books.

I can sing, can learn to play an instrument and have thousands of songs already in my head.

The internet is a diversion, but not crucial, more of a time waster.

Movies and television don't compare to books at all.

Plus, I assume there's some horrible reason why I'd have to pick just one, probably something apocalyptic, so I'd take books and hightail it to a mountain cabin somewhere where them end times commie/mutant/zombies can't get me.
