This isn't quite as bad as sueing McDonalds "cuz dey coffee too hot an we burned ourselves" but it's up there. You hate late fees, so somebody figures out how to get rid of them. You don't have to leave your house, they have almost everything, shit gets to you in like a day or two, you can watch a ton in one month for the same flat fee... better, better, better. Chavez's response is "not good enough"?! What, you couldn't get that 138th movie right on time one month? Who gives a shit.
