Get the Suda Soothers for the shower. It's this menthol/eucalyptus tablet thingy that you put in your shower and it helps with icky feelings and congestion.

I just tried one and it felt nice.

You can find em at the grocery store and drug store.

Since I know I'm not the only sick one out in Obner land right now, thought I'd pass this along to you all.

Five days. Bad ass cold. I'm not like other people healthwise, when I get a cold, I GET a nasty cold.

I'm on my way to recovery, but I need to take it easy cause now half my work is sick and out, it's weird.

i actually went to the doc yesterday and got z-pack (heavy duty zithromax). i ended up having strep. :(

Get those zinc lozenges -- they work in speeding cold recovery. They help better if you start taking them first sign of cold. Don't know about well into it.

Three words: Advil Sinus & Cold. It's a miracle drug. I'm home early a bit early because I have brutally bad sinuses which are wicked sensitive to dust and ended up having an attack. Two advils in me and I feel like I've snorted an eight ball of Vicks.

And now I'm comfortably writing a paper on my couch listening to music.

I have acute sinusitus due to nasal polyps. Congestion is my daily fight.
