Is the rest of the album anything like "All These Things That I've Done?"

Kind of missed the boat on these guys, I guess. Dismissed them as another overhyped style-over-substance nu-indie band. Like say, Franz Ferdinand. Anyway, is it worth buying? Keep in mind that I am poor.

It's definitely not worth buying, but this is just my opinion based on the horrid singles that I've heard.

I'd say about the first 6-7 songs are good and then there's a dropoff in quality, save maybe the last song.

No, regardless of your financial situation.

I'd second this opinion.

I like it a lot better before every radio station and every 13 year old cretin bashed it into our heads. A couple good songs on the album though.

I'll third it.

I actually really like this album, its a good one to put on when my less musically inclined friends come over.

I liked the first 3-4 songs, but even if the rest of the album were as catchy as those tracks, it still wouldn't be worth buying.

In fact, I sold my copy a few months ago even though I purchased it for only $6.99 or something.

It's a good album. I guess I'll fifth it, is that where we're at? Sure, they've been overplayed but the songs are just so darn catchy I still find myself puting it in from time to time.

It's fun enough and I can drive to it. I haven't regretted buying it cheap at Best Buy whatsoever.

i'm agreeing on the 3-4 singles being good and the rest being a bust. a friend gave it to me last year and i just couldn't get into the whole thing without skipping around for those songs, which, if they weren't then, are singles by now.

and i know it's not this thread, but i'm co-signing on their ACL show being horrednous.
