Heading to Knoxville to hopefully watch Vandy kill the Vols for the first time in like 22 years. Pretty unlikely, but I need that 20 dollars!

I was going to go to Navy vs. Temple tomorrow, but I'm not sure I feel like dealing with parking hassles, so I probably won't. Never know though, I may get talked into it.

Assuming I don't go, I'm gonna get some work done tomorrow. Or at least that's the plan.

Today: I've got a presentation this morning to the Neuroscience/Psychology department. Then work on my boss' grant until it's time to go to the boozer. Tonight I'll spend with my wife who just got back from DC and is heading to Boston tomorrow morning for work.

Tomorrow: Drive wife to airport. After that who knows. Probably couchin' it for a good part of the day. Picked up the Last Waltz on dvd, so I'll watch that for sure.

For some reason "South Wimbledon" conjured this image of some gritty, sooty neighborhood with a Tennis version of the Baseball Furies lurking in alleys waiting to assault and/or rob innocent passers-by.

I've had more racquet beatings there than I'd care to admit.

I've had a tough enough week I've got brandy in my coffee this morning.

Course your week doesn't NEED to be tough for that excuse.

Are you able to get into the sauce tonight? You're due, I think.

Oh man, lemme tell ya. Last night, a cute guy that I recently met (super nice!) bought me my first Guinness. Halfway through it, I began to feel flushed. By the time I was done, I was slightly buzzed. Yup, on one fuckin' pint! Sheesh! So, when he asked if I wanted another, I had to postpone for at least 30 minutes until the next one. I truly think that's why I'm feeling so tired today. Two fuckin' drinks and I was done. How pathetic is that? :(

Not pathetic at all. Economical; I'm so jealous.

Have you seen this before? Get a 12er of some good beers or a few bottles of wine and settle in for my favorite concert film ever.

Today I have a lunch meeting with a massive heavy who we will lay out our plans and try to get to invest to the tune of 100K this year..wish me luck. Then drive to MGM and meet with the chair of the Adem party. Just some backscratching.

Then dinner and drinks with FEMGAR.

Tomorrow: Airport, pick up FEMGAR's parents. Watch The Iron Bowl.
Sunday: Monger. Have Mrs. FEMGAR cook fat dinner.

This couple that works for me are going on a cruise and since I still havent hired another relief manager since the last one died, guess who gets to cover their office? I will be boarding out of control for the next week. I may overtake Fu by Wednesday. Sooooooo.

Tonight: gf's boss wants to have some drinks. I can do that.

Tmrw: I HAVE TO FUCKING WORK. Those who know me personally know that this is not a part of the Yail Bloor Lifestyle. Oh well. I guess listen to the Dawgs on the radio. Probly just hang with the gf Sat. night. Probly watch a movie.

Sunday: A little light laundry/yard/housework. Falcons/Bucs on TV.

Not a big weekend by any stretch but after last weekend's "Athens Debacle" it should actually be kinda nice.
