I was curious to see how Nebraska has stacked up against the Obner schools, according to Huskerpedia:
Oklahoma: 37-41-3
Texas: 4-6
Georgia: 1-0, a 45-6 victory in the 1969 Sun Bowl.
LSU: 5-0-1, they have played four times in bowl games
Miami: 5-5
Northwestern: 3-1
Penn State: 6-7
UCLA: 6-4
Washington 3-3-1
West Virginia 1-0
Wisconsin 3-2

The Huskers have never played Navy or Maryland

Flying Rabbit stated they were a UCLA/WV fan on the bowl projection thread, so I listed it.

I would definitely talk Frozen Four if someone started a thread, Nebraska-Omaha is a relatively new D-I Hockey team and have done fairly well in the CCHA. North Dakota, which is a D-I powerhouse played D-II Football in the North Central Conference against my alma mater, the USD Coyotes.

I forgot to include Notre Dame in my list above:
Nebraska is 8-7-1 against the Irish all-time and have won the last three meetings. They also ended the Four Horsemens win streak at Notre Dame in the 20's.

My cousin is the strength coach for Denver University. He's enjoying his job so much that he turned down an offer to work with Gretzky as the Coyotes' strength coach earlier this year.

He loves Denver hockey.

I remember beating Penn State in Penn State my sophomore year ('88), man that was great. Our all-time record against PSU: 2-22, both wins at PSU, the first in 1918, then in '88.

We're generally so bad, it's not worth posting the results here, although we're 3-0 against Northwestern.

I'll start including Rutgers a.k.a The State U of NJ in my bowl projections. Nebraska is 1-0 against the Scarlet Knights, the only game being played at the NY Polo Grounds in 1920.

Is that when that happened...'88? My wife -- who apparently was in your class at RU ('87 - '91) -- couldn't remember what year it was. they really blew their chance this year; recent losses wouldn't have hurt as much if they didn't give away the first game of the season.

My apologies for the omission. I would update but I'm at work and don't have the site I used handy. I think Rutgers-Navy is a good fit for both. Is Rutgers bowl eligible?
