It's good, yeah, but my faves are reruns of Black Books and Spaced on BBC America.

It's pretty funny - I like it better than the Daily Show.

But I've got to go with Lost and Arrested Development. Nothing else has me actually attempting to remember to sit in front of the TV at a particular time.

I like the colbert report, and it's funnier than the daily show, but i really like the guests that stewart gets, especially the authors. i usually find them pretty interesting.

I do not have cable.
So... with that limitation in mind, I am going with:
PBS's American Masters series

Always fascinating and entertaining as hell.

I like the Colbert Report better than the Daily Show too. Stephen's writers are brilliant.

The Colbert Report
The Daily Show
South Park
The Office

others I watch

Arrested Development
Invasion
Daily Show

I also like the HBO shows - Curb your Enthusiasm (had a somewhat down year overall), Rome, Entourage, Sopranos but they are on so infrequently it is hard to judge them sometimes.

hmm don't agree with the Colbert love... it's funny, yes, but I still think the Daily Show is better.

Lost
Project Runway (good choices, chase!)

i actually watched this last night and while it was entertaining, it's still the most overly dramatic bitchfest of all time.

Are we going to start "favorite" vs. "best" again? Cuz I'm usually the twerp that gets that rolling.

I've got long-time favorites like Charmed that by no means qualify as "best."

that's kinda what i was trying to figure out. watching grownass men cry in front of heidi klum when it's not even for sex loses its appeal pretty fast.

By the way, although I miss Stephen Colbert's presence on The Daily Show, Nate Corddry and Jason Jones are excellent additions to the show.

well, it's <good> because the challenges are kind of interesting. ok, take the clothes off your back and make something cool out of it. yeah, i don't have any idea how you do that, but it's there on the screen, wow, that was kind of neat. the personal psycho-drama that each of these artfags© bring to the table is a bonus, like all reality tv garbage. and for all time bitch fests, you've really gotta start looking at the tyra banks ouvre.
