I think it's pretty great. From what I can tell, the fact that Adam Forkner (of Yume Bitsu) plays guitar on this album has influenced their longer, more epic songs to sound a bit more space-rockish (as opposed to folky). The only other JOMF album I've heard is Change, and from what I remember this sounds similar but with that new aspect to their songs.

You should check out Fig. 5. If I'm not mistaken, the same chick who sings on a few songs on there is also on the new one. The only real problem I had with their last two albums (Liberation and Change) was Tom Greenwood's weak vocals, but it looks like that might not be an issue with Flags.

Man, I can't wait to hear this. It's the first new album they've put out since I started listening to them a couple of years ago. Forced Exposure needs to mail me my shit! I hate their site/ordering system, and I would never order from them given better options.
