Whitey's album came out in about April or so. I believe it was called 'The Light At The End Of The Tunnel Is The Light Of An Oncoming Train' but as you can imagine it's been shortened in my head to 'The Light'.

It was quite good but won't make my Top Twenty. I have it at 31 out of 66 currently rated albums on my list. You pretty much described it in your post - electro/rock. You can definately hear a bit of a glam influence in some of the sounds and some early eighties electro. One my favourite of the tracks is a dead on homage to O.M.D which you might not think is a good thing but actually turns out quite well.

I burned a copy and sent it to South Pacific because he was interested in it earlier in the year. He could give you a second opinion.

You don't have a website for him, do you? I embarrassingly couldn't find one. I have the album digitally, but really would like a hard copy as well. (import, fuck) I haven't done a top 10 list, although I'd be real surprised if it fell into it. Good record though if you like this genre.
