Unfortunately I don't have a prescription for Lunestra or Ambient... Any natural/organic recommendations?
Thanks!

Ever tried Melatonin? It didn't work so great for me, and it gave me freaky dreams. I just pop a tylenol pm if I gotta get some shuteye.

Here we go. I actually emailed someone from Pitchfork last week questioning his relevance after attacking Soulwax and he stupidily assumed the same thing you did. BTW, I'm Dave

there's a version of what's in tylenol pm that doesn't involve pain relief. forget what it's called though. better to target though.

melatonin is better for when your internal clock is off than as a sleep aide. That said, it works for me and allow me to remember my dreams, which almost never happens.

I do get in regular exercise, but lately I've been having problems getting to sleep and staying asleep. I've heard that Tylenol PM works. I may try that.

There's one out there (may be the one OB is referencing) called Simply Sleep.

yeah that's it. i used to use it when I had insomia. But now I have the opposite problem. I could go to bed at 7pm if I let myself.

i went through a brief period during which i was unable to sleep most nights... tylenol PM did the trick.

the one I was thinking of was Unisom.

this article looks like just the thing.

Yikes! Interesting article but makes me feel like I should avoid sleep aids.
