 Post subject: Can't upload a new avatar. WTF?

So I deleted an avatar earlier, and when I tried to put up a new one, it goes through the all the motions as if everything is fine, but then doesn't work. Never had a problem before. The pic is small enough, I have avatars enabled, etc etc....anybody have a clue?
