...what's up with the refusing the cheap oil? I've been trying to rationalize this for the better part of the day and can't come up with shit other than trying to fatten up the transit authority. It seems like everyone who uses public transportation is fucked, and that many of them didn't even know about this. Or at least that's my understanding of it. Is this not in the papers out there? please explain.

Man, I admit, I don't watch t.v., my radio in my truck doesn't work, and I never read the paper, but do get my news online, and I haven't heard word ONE about this from anybody.
