And Michelle was looking so good too! It looks like it will be interesting, but overall, I see it playing out very similar to how all the other four seasons have. The end at the airport looked like it was about to get intense. I'm already hooked!

Despite the obvious plot, and all-cliffhanger, all the time pacing, Die Hard 2 rip off plot, etc and so on, I love this show.

I wish Elisha Cuthbert were still on this show. (Bucky Nekkid)

Yeah, off to a great start.

I hope Tony ends up looking like Two-Face and goes on a rampage.

I wasn't really surprised that Palmer got offed (he's got a new show coming on CBS) but I didn't think they'd kill Michelle.

I wish they hadn't showed what happened at the end of last season since I haven't seen anything past the first couple of episodes but ah well.

I don't really like any of the new characters except for the CTU chief, that mom and her kid. I think Mrs. Logan might be even more annoying than Chloe.

Did anyone else notice Chloe's screenname/password?

As mystifying as this is, I have managed to miss '24' for the past four seasons and had not seen 1 sec of it until last night. I realized immediately that I had made a grave error. What a great show. I'm pretty excited that I can watch all the others now in one setting.

I think I said this last season as well, but I'd love an opportunity to turn Chloe's frown upside down.

I lost interest in the series sometime during Season 3.
It unpredictibility just got kinda predictable.
That said, it's still a pretty great show.

Likewise, and in the context of the show, so too would Edgar. AND, he should have totally gone mook on that punk-ass in CTU that was banging Chloe, since that twat was just using Chloe as a slump-buster (or something similar).

My ears perked up when I heard that too.
