Just figured I'd join the thread club

Since I returned from the holidays I've been totally over-doing it.
Staying up till 1 or 2am on a work night and then drinking, um,
let's say approximately 5-6 espressos a day (usually in double doses).
I'm totally feeling the effects these days and have therefore cut down to 1, count it, 1 shot a day. Pretty good for an espresso fiend, methinks.

When I used to work at a coffe shop I could easily drink 6 or 7 shots of esspresso in a five hour period along with coffe and choclate covered esspreso beans. Unfortantely I usually worked at night and would get no sleep but I couldn't turn down free drinks that we charged 4 or 5 dollars for.

HAHAHAHAHAHA...

I've been upping it over the past week or so...

cup (or 2) in the morning, and I've taken to adding a cup of coffee in the evening.

In fact, that reminds me.... It's java time.

6 cup pot in the morning. Every morning.

My brand is Community Dark Roast if anyone wants to contribute to my slow death. I know some of you do.

i used to have no problem with this, but now i can't sleep at all if i do this.

Hadn't been sleeping well anyways... Actually helps to calm me down for a bit (if not to help me go to sleep)...

i am barely alive. coffee is keeping me from falling over.

In the morning, yes, but it's the 20 ounces at 4 PM I really look forward to.

This new place I work at has an endless supply of bad coffee. To make matters worse, I'm right by the kitchen so it's much too easy to refill my cup. I'm up to about 5-6 cups a day now and used to limit myself to only one or two max.

are you talking about coffee or Listerine?
