I own Moon Safari and Talkie Walkie and enjoy both of them. I was wondering if there were any fans out there who could tell me what the next album to get is, or if any of the others are even worth picking up?

I own and rather enjoy Premiers Symptomes because its all instrumental; there only other record of theirs i have is Moon Safari and while i enjoy it, songs like "Sexy Boy" creep me the fuck out.

premiers symptomes is awesome. i'd probably rank it ahead of the soundtrack. it was my introduction to them, other than having heard the music in the virgin suicides. and then that soundtrack is pretty ace. i'm in agreement with kph that "playground love" alone makes it worthwhile.

The Virgin Suicides soundtrack is easily my favourite, but it's far removed from either of those two, so I'm not sure you'd like it.

10,000 Hz Legend kinda sucked, but it fills the void when you've heard enough of the first and most recent albums, so probably you should get it eventually. I didn't get the remix album that came out of those sessions.

City Reading was weird. The music was good, but unless you're into the whole spoken-word-on-bed-of-musical-lettuce, you're not going to like it. Nothing wrong with the voice, though, you may like it.

I'd agree with premiers symptomes as your best bet for next purchase. You should expand your poll.

I'd say buy the singles that have come out this year to accompany Talkie Walkie.
