Yeah I haven't been around but I had to spread the good news.

I'm leaving my computer on, I'm on s1sk and the folder is under indie (it's a rar file but it gives you a taste) so anyone can grab it, user list (friends) has a few more open spots.

Bye...

If anyone grabs this and can ysi it, I'd promise my firstborn child to ya. Soulseek doesn't work on my comp.

I couldn't find you. I'm downloading it from Libble and I'll YSI it in a minute. Anyone who wants can PM for the link.

It's on its way to suckville... at least 3 tracks in.

How do you like Libble? Seems to have promise as an oink jr. All those that can't get into oink, should sign up on this site.

Seven tracks in and it isn't getting much better. I'm hoping it's a grower.

I like it. The weird thing is, it's tough to maintain a decent ratio. Too many people are fanatical about seeding so a lot of times by the time your download finishes there are no peers to upload to. All in all, it's not a bad problem compared to some sites that have to fight to get people to seed.

after a listen, my opinion is that it's pretty lame and uneventful. "The Wizard Turns On" is the only tune that had me look up and see which track it was.

I agree with Dalen on this one - the best songs on this sound like they would have been decent Soft Bulletin b-sides, while the rest of the album is a definite turn for the boring.

Man, I was really looking forward to this. A couple good tracks and a bunch of throw-aways.

That Libble torrent website is great - the Calexico downloaded at 800k.

I think this sounds exactly like SFA's last one, Love Kraft. They're both unbelievably joyless attempts at trying to capture a sound both bands used to be experts in. Compare "The W.A.N.D." to "Lazer Beam." They're practically the same thing.

At War With the Mystics is horrible.

you are dead right.

interestingly enough, both of these bands are the supossed "saviors of music" in BeeOK's mind.

sucks for him, and anyone else that thinks the shit these bands try to pass off is even remotely interesting.

you should just listen to it.

you guys, Soft Bulletin is a masterpiece, let's just agree. But Yoshimi was in no way poor, it's still a great pop record. and this one is as well.
