I have no credit cards, never did.

Only spend money that's in the account that isn't marked for bills...

YIPES. I demand to play with it. Is it in playable condition, or do you have work to do?

I don't see what's wrong with credit cards as long as you pay it back each month. Just don't buy shit you can't afford.

I don't really spend money except on my gear, which are big ticket items, and i like owning them free and clear right away, so no credit cards, thanks.

And yeah, she's playable.

Come on down to chicago...

Off the subject, but still on the subject: whats your take on Oteil Burbridge as a bassist? If hes not the best Ive ever seen/heard, I think hes my fav. Love to hear the epanion.

Oteil is one of my all time faves, loved him best in ARU. Not so much in Peacemakers.

He's jawdropping, but i think he's more interesting to listen to than alot of the bassists in that vein.

Love him in Allman Bros.

Vic's great too, but I'm more of an Oteil fan.

Ha. Yeah, I saw him real up close several times in ARU because they played Athens so much. Fucking jawdropping is right but yeah, very musical and not over the top and with a real, real simple setup. Which is, IMHO, why he is great with the Allmans. He lays back and doesnt overplay. Discipline is huge.

And yeah, Wooten is the shit but Im with you---Oteil takes it.
