Which genre do you have the most tunes from on your iPod/MP3 player?

Mine: Electronic/Experimental

Hmmm...mine's pretty close between Pop/Rock and Electronic Bulgarian Nasal Chanting (not to be confused with the unplugged variety).

Psych - 756
Rock & Roll - 739
Singer/Songwriter - 581
Indie Pop - 558
Indie Rock - 531
Country - 436

Hip Hop would be 3rd, but I have it split into three categories.

I used to be really anal about putting all the correct details in if I couldn't get them off the internet but now I don't bother.

I just recently started using the shuffle feature, and my iPod seems to really like Jack Johnson and Roy Ayers.

Yeah, its not like i dont have a lot of other stuff and a lot of artists with a ton of albums (Dylan for instance). But this fucker loves really obscure Stones tracks. And the Apples in Stereo.

I didn't bother labeling genres for a long time and then got annoyed when they all seemed to be "alternative/punk", so raided the iPod and now my most is "indie pop/rock".

Right now, Folk and nothing but the folk.

Although normally alternative and folk compete on equal ground.

Don't have an MP3 Player but in iTunes I can only imagine "Alternative" or "Alternative Punk" is number one. I don't think I'll bother re-labeling because I know there are some that I just wouldn't be able to classify. I really hate that everything is automatically "Alternative" though.

Oh, I also hate that all of Bob Dylan's albums are automatically "folk."

Dance/electronica mostly.... I only listen to my mp3 player at the gym while working out, and need upbeat tunes. It ain't fun stair-stepping to Sufjan.
