I'm a co-editor of the new literary journal,
The One Three Eight, based out of City College (of New York). At this point, we have bought a domain name, but are still in serious need of a web designer to put something together (and nice!) for us.
So, if you are a web designer, freelance or otherwise, and are in need of work, please get in touch with me. We are willing to pay, of course, but keep in mind that we are poor, lowly graduate students without access to many funds. Having said that, we want to treat you fairly.
