The new Fiery Furnaces album, Bitter Tea, has leaked. Here's a random track that I uploaded, Whistle Rhapsody.

I should have the rest of the lot uploaded tonight. If anyone is interested PM me and I'll hook you up.

They're gonna need a Ryan Pollard Prolification award if they keep this up.

I heard Dark-Hearted Boy earlier tonight. It was so-so. And I'm supposed to be seeing them live tomorrow night.

After what they did to Norwegian Wood, I may not even be able to ironically listen to them ever again.

I loved Blueberry Boat but I'll admit I'm finding it hard to keep up with their myriad of releases. I don't even have Gallowsbird's Bark yet.

I think that "Bitter Tea" might've been a more apt name for the band in general...

Except, you know, if tea made me bleed out of my eye sockets...

Am I the only one who just realized this is coming out on Fat Possum? I'm very impressed with the label.

I find that hard to believe, considering the interest above.

either way. I'm looking forward to it, their last album was in my top 20, I dig 'em. s'ok you know, for you not to like them. The indie police aren't going come after you.

I wish I could just not like them, honestly. Or I wish I had someone I could blame it on. I actually really enjoyed EP, a lot, but it must have been an aberration, for

it should be. I once was questioned for two hours for listening to a Robert Palmer album.

"Sneaking Sally Through The Alley" is a beast. A must check out.

i'd like to hear it. this is one of these bands that i don't really like per se but that i'm always kind of interested in hearing. listening to blueberry boat on an overnight drive is one of my most memorable and most painful experiences ever.

Rehearsing My Choir? My opinion of this could change, but so far I haven't been able to get through it completely. It doesn't appeal to me much at all, and Blueberry Boat was my #1 of 2004.

I dug it. I just didn't over-saturate myself with it. I picked times when I knew it would fit perfectly with the atmosphere.
