Sooooo far:

- Last Waltz (it's on IFC), leading me down a path of the Band. Levon Helm remains my favorite.
- a friend doing a hilarious Radiohead ("How Can You Be Sure") cover
- TVOTR

- and I'm sure Destroyer's Rubies will be in there soon enough

Also checking out the Radiohead covers thing. It's about as bad as predicted, although this Matthew Herbert/Mara Car thing is interesting.

Most of it just sounds dated to a mid-90s/trip-hop sound.

I just bought this yesterday. Besides this, I'm not sure what's on tap for the rest of the evening.

It's pretty good. I've mainly just listened to their earlier stuff and haven't really warmed up to the current sound, but there's some good songs on it.

This and their last one are the only two I own. I'm working my way backwards. Good idea?
