I got a chance to go there back in late November. The most beautiful city I've ever been to by far.

Makes sense the pic was taken from the Notre Dame. It's pretty much the dead center of the city. Also, the most amazing building I saw there.

Paris is amazing. My wife and I were there over week of New Years Eve. We got an amazing deal through Expedia.com. ($1600 for airfare and room for 2!!!) I haven't been to alot of places considered world class, but I dont know how we can top Paris. It was stunning. And surprising to me was how incredibly nice the natives were. All it took was a little effort on our part to at least say "Bon Jour" Etc. and they warmed immensely.

This picture is very cool, BTW. If anyone wants more very nice quality shots of Paris or anything really go here.

OHH! BTW that tower is Montparnasse ( a big business center). It is not incredibly tall by any means. I think only 30 stories or so. Paris has a restriction of 6 stories for most areas in the city center.
